School Investment Properties, Inc. was originally known as “Florida Investment Properties, Inc.” We dedicated ourselves to Child Care Center Sales and Financing beginning in 1989.

Throughout the years, the owners of Florida Investment Properties, Inc. expanded from Florida into other states as “Georgia Investment Properties, Inc.”, “North Carolina Investment Properties, Inc.”, “Alabama Investment Properties, Inc.”, “Texas Investment Properties, Inc.”, etc. and on into all of the states in which we are currently incorporated.

In 2009, in honor and celebration of our continuing expansion into other states and of our 20 years of exclusively brokering Private Schools and Child Care Centers, we chose the name School Investment Properties, Inc. and we became School Investment Properties, Inc. in all of the states in which we are located.
